You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 83winph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 83winph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
83winph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
83winph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. 83winph does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms — constitutes bonus abuse. 83winph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
83winph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
All games available on the 83winph Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by 83winph or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 83winph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 83winph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the records maintained by 83winph's gaming servers shall be the definitive record of the outcome. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact 83winph support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 83winph Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. 83winph reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 83winph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
83winph reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 83winph reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false information; (d) your account poses a regulatory or compliance risk to 83winph; or (e) you are no longer eligible to use the Platform.
You may request the closure of your 83winph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be processed as self-exclusion requests under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
Upon account closure, your right to access and use the 83winph Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue to apply after account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 83winph.
Any unauthorized use of 83winph's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 83winph reserves all legal remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 83winph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 83winph Platform.
83winph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 83winph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 83winph's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
83winph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 83winph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
83winph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and 83winph cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 83winph, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent 83winph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
